Official Rules: Win 1 of 6 Met Gala Gift Baskets for Ashley Graham

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of AG Inc. and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period: The entry period begins on May 6th, 2024 and ends on May 12th, 2024 at midnight Eastern Time (ET). Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must visit the official giveaway page on AG Inc.'s website ashleygraham.komi.io and complete the entry form with the required information, including full name, email address, and city. Only one entry per person is allowed.

4. Selection of Winners: Six winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will be conducted within seven days after the entry period ends. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Notification: The winners will be notified via email within seven days of the drawing. If a potential winner does not respond within 48 hours of the initial notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize: Each winner will receive one Met Gala Gift Basket curated by Ashley Graham. The contents of the gift basket are determined by AG Inc. and are subject to change without notice. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

7. Publicity: By accepting the prize, winners agree to allow AG Inc. to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless AG Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with this giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

9. General Conditions: AG Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway. In such cases, AG Inc. may award the prizes from among the eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

10. Governing Law: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
